Brie Cox represented the firm in this national Food Is Medicine webinar hosted by the USDA Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), in partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA). She facilitated a discussion with leaders across Kentucky’s Food Is Medicine supply chain, highlighting current FIM programs in the state, strategies for local produce and protein procurement, and opportunities to strengthen connections between agriculture and healthcare. The conversation also explored the future of Food Is Medicine as a tool for improving health outcomes while supporting rural economic development.
